(5)of the National Beef Assurance Scheme Act. 2000 (No. 2 of 2000), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the National Beef Assurance Scheme Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order,
- The 13th day of August, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part I, sections of Part II not already commenced, Part III and Part IV shall come into operation.
