(4)of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), and with the agreement of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18
(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations,
  2. Regulation 2(b) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Section 18
(4)) (Prescription of Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 345 of 1999 ), is amended by the substitution for “Mr Tony Mc Grath” of “Mr. Jack Thompson”. GIVEN under my Official Seal Mary Harney this 19th day of September, 2001 Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment. The Minister for Finance agrees to the making of the foregoing Regulations, GIVEN under my Official Seal this 25th day of September, 2001 Charlie McCreevy Minister for Finance.
