(2)of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (Sections 5 and 7)(Commencement) Order,
- The 12th day of February, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 5 and 7 of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000), shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 5 February,
