No. 307 of 1999 )), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2001/749/EC1 , hereby order as follows:- 1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Spain) (No.2) (Amendment) Order, 2001. 2. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Spain) (No.2) Order, 2001 ( S.I. No. 358 of 2001 ) is amended by the substitution for the definition of “restricted area” of - “‘restricted area’ means the comarcas of Pla d'Urgell, Urgell and Noguera, in the province of Lerida and the autonomous region of Catalonia.”.
