No. 533/2001 - An Bord Bia (Levy) Regulations, 2001 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 38
(11)of the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994), make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the An Bord Bia (Levy) Regulations, 2001.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 2002. 2. The Schedule to the An Bord Bia Act, 1994 (No. 22 of 1994), is amended: (
- a)by the substitution of the following Table for the Table to Part I, “ TABLE 1c Salmon 10c Tan 20c Pink 50c Deep Yellow €1 Cyan (mid blue) €2 Orange €5 Blue €10 Grey €20 Yellow €50 Mauve €100 Cream ”, (
- b)by the insertion in paragraph (
- c)of Part I of “or a form to like effect” after the word “Schedule”, and (
- c)by the substitution of the matter in the Schedule to these Regulations for the matter in Part III.
