No. 575/2001 - Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Licensing of Industrial Plant) (Fees Amendment) Regulations, 2001 AmendmentsLeasuithe In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for the Environment and Local Government by sections 10 and 35 of the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (No. 6 of 1987), which said powers are delegated to me by the Environment and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 428 of 1997 ), I Dan Wallace, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations:- Citation 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Licensing of Industrial Plant) (Fees Amendment) Regulations, 2001.
(2)These Regulations and the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Licensing of Industrial Plant) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1988 ) shall be construed together as one and may be collectively cited as the Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Licensing of Industrial Plant) Regulations, 1988 —
- Entry into Force
- These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January
- Euro Amount
- The Air Pollution Act, 1987 (Licensing of Industrial Plant) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1988 ) are hereby amended by:- (a) the substitution of “€126” for “£100” in article 9, (b) the substitution of “€60” for “£50” in articles 15
(2), 21 and 26
(3), (c) the substitution of “€10” for “£10” in article 22
(1), and (d) the substitution of “€6” for “£5” in article 37
