No. 119/2002 - Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 (as amended by section 9 of the Social Welfare Act, 2001 (No. 5 of 2001)) of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993 (No. 27 of 1993) and Rule 1
(1)(m) (as amended by section 26 of the Social Welfare Act 1997 (No. 10 of 1997)) of Part III of the Third Schedule to the said Act hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and construction. 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002.
(2)These Regulations and the Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) Regulations, 1995 to 2001 shall be construed together as one and may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) Regulations, 1995 to
- Commencement.
- These Regulations come into operation on 1 April,
- Amendment to Regulations.
- The Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) Regulations, 1995 ( S.I. No. 382 of 1995 ) are hereby amended by the substitution in article 33 (as amended by article 3 of Social Welfare (Consolidated Supplementary Welfare Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 ( S.I. No. 102 of 2000 )) for “£75.00” of “EUR 120”. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs this 27th day of March,
