No. 307 of 1999 )), and for the purpose of giving effect to the Commission Decision 2001/740/EC of 19 October 20011 as amended by Commission Decision 2001/763/EC of 30 October 20012 , Commission Decision 2001/789/EC of 12 November 20013 , Commission Decision 2001/848/EC of 30 November 20014 , Commission Decision 2001/911/EC of 19 December 20015 , Commission Decision 2001/938 of 28 December 20016 and Commission Decision 2002/37/EC of 15 January 20027 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 3) Order 2001 (Second Amendment) Order 2002. 2. The Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 3) Order 2001 ( S.I. No. 490 of 2001 ) is amended by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 3) Order 2001 (Amendment) Order, 2002 ( S.I. No. 6 of 2002 )), of— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2001/740/EC of 19 October 20011 as amended by Commission Decision 2001/763/EC of 30 October 20012, Commission Decision 2001/789/EC of 12 November 20013, Commission Decision 2001/848/EC of 30 November 20014, Commission Decision 2001/911/EC of 19 December 20015, Commission Decision 2001/938 of 28 December 20016 and Commission Decision 2002/37/EC of 15 January 20027;”.
