(1)of the Courts Act, 1964 (No. 11 of 1964), and after consultation by the Government, acting through the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, with the President of the Circuit Court and the judges of the Circuit Court permanently assigned to the Midland Circuit and the Northern Circuit, hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Circuit Court (Alteration of Circuits) Order
  3. This Order shall come into operation on the 10th April,
  5. The county of Sligo is removed from the Northern Circuit and is added to the Midland Circuit.
  6. Business transacted in the Circuit Court which was initiated before the commencement of this Order and was not completed before such commencement shall be continued and completed as if this Order had been in operation when such business was initiated.
