(1)of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 55
(1)Order
- Each of the countries listed in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 55
(1)of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 .
