(3)of Section 40 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (no 12 of 1958) hereby makes the following regulation, that is to say: In the case of all Jackpot Pools the minimum unit and all multiples thereof is reduced from €1 to 50c. The minimum stake on these pools will be €
