No. 164/2002 - European Communities (Reduction of Certain Economic Relations With The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) (Revocation) Regulations 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 2156/2001 of 5 November 20011 , hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Reduction of Certain Economic Relations with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) (Revocation Regulations 2002. 2. The European Communities (Reduction of Certain Economic Relations with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Regulations 1998 ( S.I. No. 312 of 1998 ) are revoked.
