No. 218/2002 - Local Government Act, 2001 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Local Government Act, 2001 (No. 37 of 2001) hereby orders as follows:- 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 2001 (Commencement) (No. 3 Order, 2002. 2. In this Order, “the Act of 2001” means the Local Government Act, 2001 (No. 37 of 2001) . 3. On 1 January 2003, Part 15 of the Act of 2001 shall come into operation other than section 169 and any reference to a code of conduct in sections 166
(1), 167
