(2)of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations
- The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 34
(1)of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) of a category mentioned in column
(1)of the Table to this Regulation shall be the amount specified in column
(2)of that Table opposite the mention of that category. Table Category of valuation of property as determined by the Commissioner of Valuation Appeal Fee
