No. 340/2002 - European Communities (Agricultural Or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 ( No. 27 of 1972 ) and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2001/3/EC

(1)of 8 January 2001, in so far as that Directive applies to the type approval of agricultural or forestry tractors and components, hereby make the following Regulations:
  1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations
  3. In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1979 ( S.I. No. 137 of 1979 ).
  4. The Schedule to these Regulations is hereby substituted for Schedule I (inserted by the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) (No. 2 Regulations, 2000 ( S.I. No. 286 of 2000 )) to the Principal Regulations. Given under my official seal this 26th day of June
