No. 376/2002 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of Education and Science) Order 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe WHEREAS the Minister for Education and Science has made a request to the Government under Section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997): NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of Education and Science) Order, 2002
- The Government hereby appoints the person specified in the schedule to this Order as Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 6 June
