(1)of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997): NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act, 1977 , hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste Order
- Each of the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste with effect from 6th June
