(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997): NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order
- Carl Gibney, of 109 Rathlin House, Custom House Square, Dublin 1 is appointed as Special Adviser to Mary Hanafin, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with effect from 6 June
