No. 413/2002 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister For Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe WHEREAS the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform has made a request to the Government under section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997); NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice Equality and Law Reform) Order
- Ms. Sinéad McSweeney is hereby appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 7 June,
