(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997): NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11
(1)of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social and Family Affairs) Order
- Mr. Mel Cousins of 43 Dufferin Avenue Dublin 8, is hereby appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social and Family Affairs with effect from 7 June
