No. 544/2002 - Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 (Section 58) Regulations 2002 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 (No. 28 of 2001) hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 (Section 58) Regulations 2002. 2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2002. 3. The following professional bodies are prescribed for the purposes of section 58 of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 (No. 28 of 2001) - (
4. a)the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, (
5. b)the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland, (
6. c)the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (
7. d)the Institute of Incorporated Public Accountants, (
8. e)the Law Society of Ireland, (
9. f)the Institute of Taxation in Ireland, and (
