No. 356/2003 - European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 2003 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2003/60/EC of 18 June 20031 hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 2003. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 1989 ( S. I. No. 105 of 1989 ) are amended in Annex II to the Schedule, by deleting the entry relating to diquat.
