No. 365/2003 - European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive 90/167/EEC of 26 March 1990 1 , hereby make the following Regulations: - 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003. 2. The European Communities (Animal Remedies and Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1994 ( S.I. No. 176 of 1994 ) are amended, by substitution of the following for Paragraph (

(5):- “(a) the manufacturer has premises which have been approved or registered, as appropriate pursuant to the provisions of the European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries operating in the Animal Feed Sector) Regulations 1999 ( S.I.
