(1)of the Education Act 1998 (No. 51 of 1998), following consultation with the persons specified in that section, hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Education Act 1998 (Composition of National Council for Curriculum and Assessment) Order,
  3. The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment shall be composed of the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order.
  4. The Education Act 1998 (Composition of National Council for Curriculum and Assessment) Order 2001 ( S.I. No. 247 of 2001 ) is revoked. SCHEDULE
  5. One Chairperson.
  6. One Vice-Chairperson nominated by the Joint Managerial Body.
  7. One Vice-Chairperson nominated by the Irish National Teachers Organisation.
