No. 461/2003 - European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2003/7/EC1 of 24 January 2003 hereby make the following regulations: 1
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and come into operation on 1 December 2003.
(2)The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 to 2000 and these Regulations may be cited collectively as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 to
- The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 are amended by the insertion of “Commission Directive 2003/7/EC of 24 January 20032 ” following “Council Directive No. 96/25/EC of 29 April 1996” in the definition of “Council Directive” in Regulation 2
(1).
