No. 463/2003 - European Communities (Recovery of Amounts) Regulations 2003 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purposes of giving further effect to Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2220/85 of 22 July 19851 as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 3403/93 of 10 December 19932 , Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 3002/92 of 16 October 19923 as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 770/96 of 26 April 19964 , Commission Regulation 800/1999 of 15 April 19995 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2419/2001 of 11 December 20016 hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Recovery of Amounts) Regulations 2003 and come into operation on the 1 October 2003. 2. In these Regulations “Minister” means Minister for Agriculture and Food. 3. The Minister shall charge interest at a rate of 6 per cent. per year for the purposes of - (
