(2)of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (No. 6 of 2002), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order
- The 15th day of October, 2003 is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 2 , 3 , 4 , 5

(2)(in so far as it applies to section 47), 5
(5), 5
(6), 6 , 7 and 47 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (No. 6 of 2002) shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 14th day of October
