(1)of the Local Government Act, 1991 (No. 11 of 1991) hereby orders as follows:-
- This Order may be cited as the Letterkenny Town Boundary Alteration Order,
- This Order shall come into operation on 1 January,
- The areas shown as “relevant areas” on the map attached to this Order titled “Letterkenny Town” and date stamped “Local Government Section 27 November, 2003” shall be included in and form part of the town of Letterkenny and the boundary of that town shall accordingly stand altered in accordance with that map.
