No. 689/2003 - Local Elections (Forms) Regulations, 2003 AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 3 of the Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act, 1999 (No. 7 of 1999) hereby makes the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Elections (Forms) Regulations 2003. 2. Each form in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form for the purpose for which such form is expressed to be applicable. 3. The Local Elections (Forms) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 136 of 1999 ) are hereby revoked. SCHEDULE Form 1 STATEMENT OF DONATION AND ELECTION EXPENSES AT THE LOCAL ELECTIONS ON (insert date) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 13 OF THE LOCAL ELECTIONS (DISCLOSURE OF DONATIONS AND EXPENDITURE) ACT 1999 , AS AMENDED STATEMENT BY CANDIDATE 1.
