(1)of the Decommissioning Act 1997 (No. 3 of 1997) and the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 298 of 1997 ), make the following Regulations:
  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations
  3. The Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 ( S.I. No. 216 of 1998 ) (“the 1998 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 ( S.I. No. 134 of 2000 ) (“the 2000 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment Regulations 2001 ( S.I. No. 211 of 2001 ) (“the 2001 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 41 of 2002 ) (“the 2002 Regulations”) and these Regulations may be cited together as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations, 1998 to
