(1)of the Local Government Act, 1991 (No. 11 of 1991) hereby orders as follows:-
- This Order may be cited as the Athlone Town Boundary Alteration Order
- This Order shall come into operation on 1 January,
- The areas shown as “relevant areas” on the map attached to this Order titled “Athlone Town” and date stamped 2nd December, 2003 shall be included in and form part of the town of Athlone and the boundary of that town shall accordingly stand altered in accordance with that map. No. 705 of 2003 ) which contains supplementary provisions related to the boundary extension.
