(1)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin including Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on— (
  1. a)1 April 2004 in relation to 2,4-D, (
  2. b)4 June 2004 in relation to 2,4-DB, linuron, pendimethalin, imazamox, oxasulfuron, ethoxysulfuron, foramsulfuron, oxadiargyl and cyazofamid, and (
  3. c)1 December 2004 in relation to Acephate and Paration-methyl. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin including Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 1999 ( S.I. No. 179 of 1999 ) is amended in Regulation 2
