No. 146/2004 - Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (O2 Ireland) Order 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 53
(1)of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), (as adapted by the Environment and Local Government (alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2003 ( S.I. No. 233 of 2003 )), after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (O2 IRELAND) Order
- The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by the public utility undertaking which trades as O2 Ireland.
- The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 1 March 2004 and shall be entered into the central valuation list by 1 June
