(5)of the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 (No. 19 of 2003), order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order
- The 1st day of May 2004 is appointed as the day on which the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 28 day of April
