No. 197/2004 - European Communities (Authorization, Placing on The Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2003/119/EC of 5 December 20031 hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1 October 2004 2. The European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 83 of 2003 ) are amended, in Regulation 2
