(1)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin including Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2004 in relation to fenamiphos and on 25 October 2004 in relation to bromopropylate. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Products of Plant Origin including Fruit and Vegetables) Regulations 1999 ( S.I. No. 179 of 1999 ) is amended in Regulation 2
