  4. a)These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1 August 2004. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) Regulations 1999 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1999 ) is amended in Regulation 2
