No. 245/2004 - European Communities (Passenger Car Entry Into Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, SÉAMUS BRENNAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for purpose of giving effect to Directive 2003/102/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 November 20031 , in so far as it relates to the entry into service of motor vehicles, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2004. 2. The European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) Regulations 2003 ( S.I.
