(2)of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), hereby make the following regulations:
  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulations
  2. The Commissioner of Valuation is enabled to charge fees on the basis or bases of the matter or matters specified in column
(1)of the Schedule to these Regulations. 3. A person making an application under section 27 of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) shall pay to the Commissioner of Valuation the fee specified in column
(2)of the Schedule to these Regulations opposite the mention of the proceeding or event specified in column
(1)at that reference number.
  1. The applicant shall pay all fees payable in connection with or arising from an application under section 27 of the Valuation Act 2001 to the Commissioner of Valuation within 30 days of the issue by the Commissioner to the applicant of a request for payment in relation to such fees.
  2. The Valuation (Revisions and New Valuations) (Fees) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 64 of 2002 ) are revoked. SCHEDULE Ref. No.
