(4)of the Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices Act 1938 (inserted by section 1 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Amendment) Act 2001 and transferred by section 4
(3)(a) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) (No. 2) Regulations
- Regulation 6 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations 2004 is hereby amended by the substitution of “€5,079” for “€4,079”. GIVEN under my hand, this 23rd June,

These Regulations amend the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations 2004 by increasing the annual printing budget for a parliamentary party entitled to same pursuant to Regulation 6 of those Regulations.
