No 545 of 2004 INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF PERISHABLE FOODSTUFFS ACT 1987 INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF PERISHABLE FOODSTUFFS (CONSOLIDATION) REGULATIONS 1993 Statutory Instrument 545 of 2004 International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993 I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food hereby appoint the Cambridge Refrigeration Technology as a “qualified authority” pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 5
(2)(a) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 and for the purposes of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993 as such a “qualified authority”. I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food herby designate the premises described in the Schedule below as “designated premises” pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 5
(2)(b) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 and for the purposes of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993.
