No. 56/2004 - Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, MICHAEL McDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004) hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2004. 2. In this Order— “Act of 2003” means the Immigration Act 2003 (No. 26 of 2003). “Act of 2004” means the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004). 3.

(1)It is hereby declared that a national of a state specified in Schedule 1 to this Order is not required to be in possession of a valid Irish visa within the meaning of the Act of 2003 when landing in the State.
(2)It is hereby declared that a national of a state specified in Schedule 2 to this Order is required to be in possession of a valid Irish transit visa within the meaning of the Act of 2003 when landing in the State.
