(2)and 20 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Approved Ports) Regulations
- The ports specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 6
(2)of the Immigration Act of 2004 (No. 1 of 2004).
