(7)(a) of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001 (No. 55 of 2001) (as adapted by the Public Enterprise (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 305 of 2002 )), on the application of the Railway Procurement Agency, hereby order as follows:
- This order may be cited as the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001 (Line A - Tallaght to Abbey Street Light Railway) (Amendment) Order
- The Transport (Dublin Light Rail) Act 1996 (Line A - Tallaght to Abbey Street Light Railway) Order 1999 is amended in Article 16 by substituting for paragraph
(1)the following: “
(1)Construction of authorised works shall be completed within the period of 6 months beginning on 1 March 2004.”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 18th day of February, 2004.
