No. 769 of 2004 MARINE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (No. 3) ORDER 2004 MARINE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 3) ORDER 2004 The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2

(1)of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 3) Order 2004. 2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources conferred on him — (
  1. a)by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, and (
  2. b)under the Regulations specified in Part 2 of that Schedule, are delegated to Pat the Cope Gallagher, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
