No. 866/2004 - European Communities (Passenger Car Entry Into Service) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, MARTIN CULLEN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Directive 2003/97/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 November 20031 and Commission Directive 2004/78/EC of 29 April 20042 in so far as they relate to the entry into service of motor vehicles, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2004. 2. The European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 552 of 2003 ) are amended by substituting for Schedule 2 (inserted by the European Communities (Passenger Car Entry into Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 ( S.I.
