No. 87/2004 - Electoral Act 1997 (Section 3) Order 2004 AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 3 of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Act 1997 (Section 3) Order 2004. 2. The aggregate of election expenses which may be incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in a European Parliament election constituency in connection with his or her candidature at the European election shall not exceed €230,000. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government this 3rd day of March 2004.
