No. 129 of 2005 Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities Regulations 2005 The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2
(1)(c) (inserted by section 3 of the Oireachtas (Miscellaneous Provisions and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act 1996 (No. 39 of 1996 and transferred by section 4
(3)(b) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003 (No. 28 of 2003)) of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) Act 1962 (No. 32 of 1962), hereby makes the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations
- Notwithstanding the revocation of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 688 of 2004 ) and notwithstanding Regulation 4 of those Regulations, the secretarial facilities fund which was payable pursuant to Regulation 3 of those Regulations may be paid after 31 January 2005 to Members of Dáil or Seanad Éireann who, after that date and before 1 July 2005, submitted or submit completed claims in accordance with the Schedule to those Regulations.
