No. 219 of 2005 BORD LEABHARLANN NÁISIÚNTA NA HÉIREANN (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER 2005 I, John O'Donoghue T.D., Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 ( No. 11 of 1997 and the Arts and Culture (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 302 of 2002 ) (as adapted by the Tourism, Sport and Recreation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 309 of 2002 )), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Bord Leabharlann Náisiúnta na hÉireann (Establishment Day) Order 2005. 2. The 3rd day of May 2005 is appointed as the Library establishment day for the purposes of the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (No. 11 of 1997).
