(4)(inserted by section 1 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 30 of 2001) and transferred by section 4
(3)(a) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003 (No. 28 of 2003)) of the Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices Act 1938 and section 2
(1)(c (inserted by section 3 of the Oireachtas (Miscellaneous Provisions) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act 1996 (No. 39 of 1996) and transferred by section 4
(3)(b) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003 (No. 28 of 2003)) of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) Act 1962 (No. 32 of 1962), hereby makes the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) (No.3) Regulations
- Regulation 2 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Secretarial Facilities) (No.2) Regulations 2005 shall be amended by substituting “the date of dissolution of the 29th Dáil” for “30 June 2005”.
